  12. Flat Rabbit Software exclusively gives anyone the right to distribute the
  13. shareware game Boxem subject to the following provisions:

  16. 1.  Boxem must be identified as shareware.  The concept Shareware must be
  17.         explained somewhere in the distribution so that the users understand
  18.         that it is copyrighted and that the user must pay if they use it.

  21. 2.  The distributor may not charge more than $10 for a copy of Boxem.  If
  22.         there is more than one game per disk or CD, then all calculations for
  23.         this clause shall be figured by the following formula:

  25.              (disk or CD price) / (total number of games on the disk or CD).

  28. 3.  The distributor must stop selling copies of Boxem upon written request
  29.         by Flat Rabbit Software.

  32. 4.  Boxem must be distributed as a whole.  No files may be added, taken
  33.         away, or modified in any way.

  36. 5.  The distributor must correctly use and identify the trademark for Flat
  37.         Rabbit Software.

  41. 6.  The distributor must notify Flat Rabbit Software in writing of the
  42.         intent to distribute BOXEM.
